Your Key Responsibilities

  • 1) Goal of position (Why was this position created?)
    Assistance to Supplier quality management team for smooth functioning at plant level.
     
    2) Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.)
    English language (min. B2 level - Upper Intermediate)
    University degree (min. Diploma or bachelor’s in engineering, Quality, or a related field), eventually a high
    school education and verifiable experience in the field
    Min. 2-5 years of experience in quality control, supplier quality, or a similar role within manufacturing or
    engineering environments
    Knowledge of business relevant Quality Management Standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100)
    Knowledge of quality core tools & methods (8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plan, 5S, Lean
    production, Small lot principle, Error proofing, Mistake proofing, Poka-yoke, Traceability,…)
    Knowledge of the machining processes – Turning, stamping, casting, heat treatment etc.

Your Qualifications

1. Track and report relevant KPIs/PIs, including countermeasures
2. Review/verification & upload of 8D, PPAP documents from supplier in SAP system.
3. Processing of special release/deviation asked by supplier & recording.
3. Dairy defect recording & analysis to take corrective action with supplier.
4. Collaboration with SQC, IQC, SCM, Production team for daily quality issues’ containment actions & resolutions.
5. Knowledge of SAP/ERP system
6. Working experience with xls, word, PowerPoint etc.
7. Soft skill – Teamwork, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-discipline.
8. 1-2 yrs of Experience with bearing industry would be preferred.
