Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution of daily transport and distribution activities and monitor workload, schedules, tasks, and other related functions.
  • Maintain all databases related to distribution and transport activities and oversee compliance with safety standards in distribution and transport functions.
  • Handle loading and unloading operations and initiate cost-efficient measures in transport operations.
  • Implement environmental laws, procedures, and processes.
  • Conduct performance and development discussions with the team (Intralogistics Operators).
  • Provide advice to management on personnel matters, including promotion, demotion, and salary.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum HBO Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics and/or supply chain, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Experience gained in a technical production, assembly, or trading environment 
  • Knowledge of Exact ERP and logistics systems.
  • Ability to set priorities and to receive and give feedback
