Your Key Responsibilities

Join our humanoid robotics team to drive innovation in advanced robotic solutions, collaborate with industry experts, and leverage your sales engineering expertise to deliver transformative technologies that redefine human-robot interaction and open new market opportunities.

  • Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment customers or product line.
  • Contribute to the budget planning process and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment.
  • Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications and variances.
  • Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors.
  • Develop customer relationships and establish acquisition and negotiation boundaries with VLS.
  • Align with cross-functional teams and contribute to budget planning.
  • Prepare, conduct, and close negotiations on product, quantities, and pricing.
  • Complete price breakdowns while working with industrial engineers
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics for improvement.
  • Able to manage projects that do not require engineering effort

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in generating new business, ideally within engineering or technology sectors.
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive or robotics engineering environments.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and physics relevant to robotics and vehicle systems.
  • Practical experience with manufacturing cost analysis is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on knowledge of robotic or vehicle systems application and integration.
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including effective delegation and team coordination.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and close sales.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US. (This role does not offer visa sponsorship or support.)
