Your Key Responsibilities

Project Purchasing Professional for Humanoid Robotics

Join our innovative team as a Project Purchasing Professional, where you will drive strategic purchasing initiatives and contribute to cutting-edge humanoid robotics projects.

• Support market analysis development and implement targeted category strategies to optimize purchasing.
• Define and coordinate profitable purchasing strategies and negotiation tactics across divisions and functions.
• Continuously monitor supply markets, optimizing the supplier portfolio for quality, cost efficiency, timely delivery, sustainability, and compliance.
• Lead negotiations on prices and contract terms within the framework of strategic material agreements and supplier contracts.
• Manage procurement categories, including purchase price planning and the identification of cost-saving projects.
• Drive project management efforts for Humanoid Robotics launches, ensuring seamless purchasing integration from initiation to execution.
• Participate in or lead technical cost-saving initiatives relevant to assigned projects.
• Oversee and support Purchasing Price Analysis (PPA) projects within the North America business unit, ensuring alignment with unit objectives.
• Execute additional tasks as delegated by management to support organizational goals.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic purchasing and supplier management within complex, cross-divisional environments.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management both domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficient knowledge of market analysis tools and supply chain optimization techniques; MRP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities combined with a proactive approach.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
