Your Key Responsibilities
- Sets and ensures achievement of commercial and P+L objectives for OES Americas.
- Maintain accurate regional revenue forecasts and sensitivity analysis by providing analytical and thoughtful information in a data driven environment.
- Manage and monitor the sales process of business acquisition, customer inquiry processing, negotiation of terms and conditions, contract closing for delivery and general contracts and order processing.
- Negotiate pricing and other important matters for OES (quality, delivery, and timing).
- Coordinate/manage ongoing supplier changes in addition to internal product & location change(s) within OES customer base.
- Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork, drive team excellence and talent retention
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 7 to 10 years' Experience in Automotive Industry Related field; Minimum 3 years Automotive sales experience required
- Strong understanding of Light Vehicle nameplate customer formalities of program launches including portal management, PPAP and Packaging. <li _ngcontent-ng-c2775544517="">Demonstrate strong business acumen including knowledge of manufacturing, finance, marketing, and ability to understand the impact of supply chain decisions on the overall OES business success. <li _ngcontent-ng-c2775544517="">Strong, confident interpersonal and organizational skills and able to work with people at all levels within and outside Schaeffler in a professional manner. <li _ngcontent-ng-c2775544517="">Adaptability, skilled at problem solving including ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges and contribute to team success. <li _ngcontent-ng-c2775544517="">Relocation will not be provided for this position
