Your Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned project(s) throughout the work term with a high level of independence and accountability.
- Participate in development activities including hands‑on training, and exposure to Schaeffler’s engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Assist with product design and development tasks within the Thermal Management department.
- Perform design concept work and engineering calculations for thermal systems.
- Create and prepare 3D models and component designs using CAD tools.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and project completion.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing coolant and refrigerant system initiatives.
- Conduct research on advanced thermal management technologies.
- Support benchmarking activities and competitive analysis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.
Your Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Maintained a 2.5 GPA or higher
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Hands‑on CAD modeling experience preferred.
