Your Key Responsibilities

  • As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will support the development and integration of electrical and mechatronic systems used in humanoid robots, including sensors, actuators, and control electronics. You will work alongside experts developing scalable solutions that move from research to real-world factory deployment.

    • Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for humanoid robots, including power distribution, control circuits, and embedded electronics
    • Support integration of sensors, actuators, and control units into robotic subsystems (arms, joints, mobility platforms) 
    • Contribute to prototype development and validation, including wiring harnesses, PCB testing, and hardware debugging
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, AI) to enable full mechatronic system functionality
    • Analyze performance data from test systems and real factory deployments to improve reliability and efficiency
    • Assist with hardware-in-the-loop testing, system calibration, and signal validation
    • Participate in documentation of designs, test procedures, and engineering results
    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Pursuing an academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Circuit design and analysis
    • Embedded systems or microcontrollers
    • Analog and digital electronics
  • Mechanical and Electrical Understanding: Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, including an understanding of how actuators and sensors function and interact within a robotic system.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Clear and concise documentation and reporting abilities are also important.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
  • Preferred:

    • Exposure to mechatronics or system integration projects
