Key Responsibilities
- SCM&Logistics Strategy and Project Mgt
- Responsible for department level strategy mgt. routine. including overall strategy framework definition, and initiative mgt.
- Responsible for Project Mgt.in SCM& L
- Lead assigned Project as Project Manager
- Network Design Optimization
- Data Mgt. for GC Logistics Network Design incl. data standardization, quality improvement, Data Analysis for optimization opportunities
- Take lead for Network Optimization related projects
- Key user for Network Optimization tools (e.g. 4 flow)
- SCM&Logistics Communication
- Responsible for Regional communication routines and optimization with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in area of Management Science and Engineering. Industrial Engineering, SCM & Logistics Engineering are preferred.
- At least 2 years’ work experience in an international company in areas of Operations, Lean, IE or PMO, etc.
- Data Analysis competence.
- Project Management skill & experience.
- Logical thinking, Data analysis and conceptual abilities.
- Strategy, lean and digital mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- SCM&L cost awareness.
- Fluent business English.
