Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary Senior Robotics Engineer to spearhead the next generation of automation within our manufacturing facilities. This role is pivotal in transitioning from traditional automation to intelligent, flexible systems. You will lead the deployment of dual-arm robotic systems and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), while pioneering the integration of Physical AI to solve complex industrial challenges.Key Responsibilities

1. System Implementation & IntegrationDrive the end-to-end application of dual-arm robotics for complex assembly and kitting tasks that require human-like dexterity.Architect and deploy AMR fleets, ensuring seamless integration with existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and factory floor traffic control.Optimize the orchestration between stationary dual-arm cells and mobile platforms to create fully autonomous material handling and processing workflows.

2. Operational Strategy & ScalingDefine technical standards and safety protocols for Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC) within the plant.Perform ROI analysis and cost-reduction simulations for new robotic installations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, and Maintenance) to ensure system reliability and scalability across multiple sites.

Your Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

Advanced Degree: MS or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Robotics Expertise: Proven track record with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, and controlling multi-degree-of-freedom (DoF) systems (specifically dual-arm coordination).

AMR Proficiency: Experience with navigation stacks, SLAM, and fleet management software (e.g., VDA 5050 standards).

AI/ML Depth: Practical experience in Physical AI, including deploying neural networks on edge devices and using simulation-to-real (Sim2Real) pipelines.

Programming: Mastery of C++ and Python, with experience in real-time operating systems (RTOS).Hands-on experience with specific dual-arm hardware (e.g., ABB YuMi, FANUC, or Yaskawa).Strong understanding of industrial safety standards (ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066).

Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate abstract AI concepts into tangible factory-floor applications.

Project Leadership: Experience managing external vendors and internal stakeholders through long-cycle technology deployments.
