Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting ZSD with new ideas of solutions for the assembly technologies, including, but not limited to the E-mobility, Battery, Vitesco products…
- Smooth technical communication with customers, especially for European customers.
- Training and coaching the local mechanical engineers to ensure the competence development and qualification increase.
- Coordination of assigned KTP recipients for technical tasks and capacity alignment.
- Conducting analysis on the machines to figure out the improvements.
- Supporting mechanical design QCD improvements.
- Active implementation of CIP.
Your Qualifications
- More than 7 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Very good knowledge about Schaeffler design process and standard.
- Very good knowledge about assembly technologies.
- Very good technical understanding and analytical competence.
- Lean-Mindset.
- International perspective and global focus.
- Customer oriented, willing to change and think out of box.
- Social and Cross-culture sensibility, fascination ability.
- Good English skill and communication skill.
