Your Key Responsibilities
- 执行冲压模具的日常保养，并在保养过程中针对生产中已出现或可能出现的问题采取相应预防和改善措施。
- 参与新项目产品模具零部件的组装、调试和状态确认，支持新项目顺利导入生产。
- 对模具备件进行抛光、磨削、切割等加工处理，确保备件满足模具维修和生产使用要求。
- 在 SAP 系统中及时、准确录入模具维修和保养信息，确保维修记录完整可追溯。
- 根据模具维修和保养需求及时申购备件，并协助保持合理库存水平。
- 配合生产现场处理模具异常，支持故障分析、维修跟进和复机确认。
- 按照安全、质量和现场管理要求开展模具维修及保养工作，确保作业规范和生产稳定。
Your Qualifications
- 中专及以上学历，机械制造、模具设计与制造、机电一体化或相关专业优先。
- 具备 3 年以上冲压模具调试或维修经验，有电机定转子铁芯硅钢冲压模具经验者优先。
- 熟悉冲压模具工艺，了解传递模、级进模等模具结构，以及拉深、成型等基本原理。
- 具备基本电脑操作能力，能够使用 Creo View、Office 等工程或办公软件完成基础查看和记录工作。
- 熟悉图纸标注，能够读懂设计图纸，了解几何尺寸、公差和配合要求。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力和团队协作意识，工作踏实认真、条理清晰，能够服从主管工作安排。
- 能够适应生产倒班及合理加班安排。
