Your Key Responsibilities
1. 对模具进行日常保养及在保养过程中对生产中出现或可能出现的问题进行相对应的措施
2. 对新项目产品模具进行零部件的组装
3. 对有需要的模具备件进行抛光、磨削、切割等措施
4. 在SAP中录入模具维修和保养信息
5. 及时申购备件，保持合理的库存
Your Qualifications
1. 中专及以上学历，机械制造等相关专业优先
2. 3年以上冲压模具调试经验，硅钢冲压优先
3. 熟悉冲压模具工艺，了解传递模、级进模等结构，了解拉深、成型等原理
4. 基本电脑操作能力，eg. 工程软件Creo view，office办公软件;
5. 熟悉图纸标注，能够读懂设计图纸，了解几何尺寸公差和配合
6. 沟通能力强，服从主管安排，积极乐观，踏实认真，思维活跃，条理清晰；
7. 可以适应倒班加班
