Your Key Responsibilities
- 对非标装配线与机加工设备进行机械故障诊断与排除，独立完成拆解/装配、磨损件更换、精度校正与复机验证，确保维修质量与设备恢复能力。
- 负责关键机械传动与导向部件的维护与更换（轴承、丝杠、导轨、减速机等），并对失效模式进行分析，提出改进方案。
- 独立完成气动、液压系统的维修与调试，能够阅读气动/液压图纸并进行回路排查、参数调整与功能确认。
- 按TPM与预防性维护体系执行点检、保养与计划检修，完善记录与标准（点检表、保养指导书、SOP），提升设备可用性与稳定性。
- 组织或参与故障分析与停机原因复盘（如5Why/鱼骨图/8D等），推动纠正预防措施落地，持续降低设备故障率与重复停机。
- 依据设备状态与维修策略独立制定维修备件清单与需求计划，支持备件标准化、合理库存与维修效率提升。
- 主导或参与机械技改与简易工装设计改造，具备项目管理意识（范围/进度/风险/验收），并与电气同事协同完成包含基础电气、PLC逻辑、传感器/限位回路的联合排障与验证。
Your Qualifications

Must-have（必备条件）
- 学历/专业：机械设计、机电一体化等相关专业；本科及以上优先。
- 经验：5年以上机加工（车铣刨磨）/装配线设备维修经验，机械维修实操能力强。
- 专业能力：
- 熟练机械故障排查、拆解装配、磨损件更换与精度校正；
- 熟悉轴承、丝杠、导轨、减速机等部件维修更换；
- 能读懂机械零件图/装配图，具备基础CAD看图与机械制图能力；
- 精通气动/液压维修调试，能读懂气动液压图纸并独立处理故障；
- 能独立制定维修备件清单；
- 了解基础电气与PLC基本逻辑，熟悉传感器、限位开关等元件原理，能配合完成机电联合排障；
- 熟悉TPM、点检、保养计划与设备预防性维护体系；
- 能接受应急顶班、加班与紧急抢修安排（不倒班前提下的应急响应）。
- 软技能：安全意识强、责任心与执行力突出；具备结构化问题解决能力；沟通协同能力良好，可在压力下推动问题闭环。
Nice-to-have（加分项）
- SolidWorks使用能力（优先）。
- 有非标装配线技改、简易工装设计改造的成功案例（能量化停机下降/节拍提升/成本节约）。
- 英语能力可用于工作沟通（邮件/会议/供应商技术交流）者加分。
