Responsibilities
- 负责直线关节、旋转关节及相关机电一体化产品的客户需求对接、技术澄清及应用场景分析。
- 基于项目需求完成产品选型、接口匹配、安装适配及应用方案开发，推动技术方案落地。
- 参与项目从需求导入、方案评审、样机开发、测试验证到问题整改、交付支持的全过程推进。
- 协调研发、测试、工艺、采购、制造及供应商等相关资源，推动项目节点达成及问题闭环。
- 针对样机、测试、装配及客户应用过程中的性能偏差、适配及可靠性问题，组织分析并推进解决。
- 沉淀直线关节、旋转关节相关应用选型规则、标准接口及典型方案，支撑后续标准化和平台化建设。
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、自动化、电气等相关专业。
- 8年以上机电产品开发、应用开发、技术支持或项目推进相关工作经验。
- 熟悉人形机器人关节模组、直线执行器（滚珠丝杠和滚柱丝杠）、旋转执行机构（谐波或行星类型）、电动缸、升降柱等相关产品者优先。
- 具备较强的机电系统理解能力，熟悉机械结构、传动方案、电机选型、编码器/传感器及驱动控制接口。
- 能独立开展需求分析、方案匹配、应用开发、问题定位及项目推进工作。
- 具备较强的跨部门协同、客户沟通及项目推动能力。
优先条件
- 有直线关节、旋转关节或机器人关节模组相关经验；
- 有客户技术对接、应用开发或项目主导经验；
- 有样机开发、测试验证、问题整改及交付支持经验；
- 有机器人、汽车零部件、机电一体化装备等行业背景优先。
