Responsibilities
- 参与双足机器人基础运动控制算法开发和底层控制架构搭建。
- 参与机器人动力学建模、运动学分析及实机调试、算法优化等,提高机器人在不同场景下的稳定性与鲁棒性。
- 参与Sim2Real工作流,包含控制、感知或策略从仿真迁移到实机。
- 参与机器人三维模型处理、基础建模、坐标定义、关节结构配置及仿真场景搭建。
- 参与机器人相关AI/算法模型的训练、评估、优化与部署。
Qualifications
必备技能
- 具备机器人控制、运动规划或仿真开发经验。
- 具备 C++和Python 开发能力,熟悉 MoveIt 2、ros2_control、RViz、Isaac Sim、Gazebo、MuJoCo中的一种或多种。
- 理解双足机器人控制基础,能够参与或独立完成双足机器人在仿真与实机中的步行调试与算法优化。
- 了解机器人仿真流程,理解从建模、传感器挂载、控制接口对接等基本过程。
- 对 3D建模和USD格式有基本理解,能理解其工作原理和基本对象组织方式。
- 熟悉常见深度学习框架,具备独立完成模型训练、调参与实验分析的能力。具备一定的数据工程能力,能够完成训练数据集构建、清洗、抽样、标注协同和质量分析。
加分项(优先考虑)

- 有双臂机器人、双足机器人、机械臂或工业机器人项目经验。
- 有关节执行器控制软件开发经验。
- 有参数辨识、系统标定、误差建模、热模型建模经验。
- 有仿真与真机一致性验证经验。
- 有机器人数据闭环、遥操数据采集或物理AI场景经验。
