AI视觉技术售前工程师 AIVI Technical Pre-Sales Engineer（太仓）- Special Machinery

Your Key Responsibilities

• 作为工业AI视觉产品在售前阶段的负责人，理解客户的业务和功能性需求、非功能型需求，为客户提供业务和技术层面的架构咨询服务，针对客户的当前实际情况和业务规划提供可落地的架构方案；
• As the person in charge of the pre-sales stage of industrial AI visual products, understand the business and functional needs of customers, as well as nonfunctional needs. Provide architecture consulting services at the business and technical levels to customers and provide actionable architecture solutions tailored to their current situation and business planning.
• 负责与产品团队协作完成基于产品的交付、成果展示和方案陈述；并负责项目招投标阶段的技术准备，体现出公司的方案优势，并完成客户交流、投标和应标等准备工作；
• Responsible for collaborating with the product team to complete product based delivery, result presentation, and proposal presentation; And responsible for the technical preparation during the project bidding stage, reflecting the company's solution advantages, and completing preparation work such as customer communication, bidding, and bidding.
• 支持产品团队进行新商机发掘和售前业务拓展，包括但不限于业务和技术梳理、结合公司的现有技术和产品、生态优势，为客户设计解决方案；
• Support the product team in exploring new business opportunities and expanding pre-sales business, including but not limited to business and technical analysis, combining the company's existing technology and products, ecological advantages, and designing solutions for customers;
• 与研发团队合作，迅速准确的传递市场需求，用以研发或完善满足行业应用的产品；
• Collaborate with the R&D team to quickly and accurately convey market demands for the development or improvement of products that meet industry applications;
• 协助产品交付团队，保障产品和服务的稳定性，提升客户满意度；
• Assist the product delivery team to ensure the stability of products and services, and improve customer satisfaction;
• 对报价/销售团队提供产品培训等技术方案支持，支持智能制造和工业AI视觉相关的市场及行业活动。
• Provide technical support such as product training to the quotation/sales team, and support market and industry activities related to intelligent manufacturing and industrial AI vision.
   

Your Qualifications

• 本科以上，５年以上工作经验，对软件开发、机器学习/深度学习的相关知识有基础了解，有计算机专业或机器学习专业背景或从业经历优先，有toB行业服务经验者优先。
• Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 year work experience, basic understanding of software development, machine learning, deep learning and related knowledge, computer major or machine learning professional background or work experience is preferred, toB industry service experience is preferred.
• 3年以上智能制造解决方案售前经验，熟悉机器视觉、以及机械臂视觉应用；
• More than 3 years of pre-sales experience in intelligent manufacturing solutions, familiar with machine vision and robotic arm vision applications.
• 有支持或实施过基恩士、康耐视、得利捷、海康等视觉产品的经验者优先；
• Those with experience in supporting or implementing visual products such as Keyence, Cognex, Delijie, and Hikvision are preferred.
• 对智能制造的应用方案和产品（例如，资产管理，预测性维护、工艺分析优化、生产溯源、产品良率分析等）有实际的了解，并且参与过类似项目的实施落地；
• Have a practical understanding of the application solutions and products of intelligent manufacturing (such as asset management, predictive maintenance, process analysis optimization, production traceability, product yield analysis, etc.), and have participated in the implementation and implementation of similar projects.
• 对智能制造的应用方案和产品（例如，资产管理，预测性维护、工艺分析优化、生产溯源、产品良率分析等）有实际的了解，并且参与过类似项目的实施落地；
• Have a practical understanding of the application solutions and products of intelligent manufacturing (such as asset management, predictive maintenance, process analysis optimization, production traceability, product yield analysis, etc.), and have participated in the implementation and implementation of similar projects.
