Your Key Responsibilities

• 负责AI视觉平台架构设计，功能开发管理，测试，迭代
• Participate in the whole process of AI vision-related business research, demand analysis, previous scheme design, project implementation and delivery.
• 与算法、产品经理和项目实施团队协作，从开发端推进平台产品的功能优化及迭代
• He is mainly responsible for the engineering implementation of AI models and related software products, and cooperates with algorithm engineers to achieve the target accuracy of the model.
• 与算法、产品经理和项目实施团队协作，从开发端推进平台产品的功能优化及迭代
• Collaborate with the development and algorithm teams to promote the iteration of algorithms and products from the application side.
• 负责与用户及内部团队协作，有效组织资源，把控项目关键节点，确保项目顺利实施交付
• Responsible for collaborating with customers and internal teams, effectively organizing resources, controlling key nodes of the project, and ensuring the smooth implementation and delivery of the project.
• 有效支撑一线反馈的需求和项目，并形成方法论、工具，赋能一线、培育客户
• Effectively support the needs and projects of front-line feedback, and form methodologies and tools to empower front-line and cultivate customers.
   

Your Qualifications

• 本科及以上，两年以上深度学习现场工程化实施项目经验
• Bachelor degree or above, more than two years of experience in deep learning on-site engineering implementation projects.
• 具备机器视觉、IT、OT等相关项目经验
• Experience in machine vision, IT, OT and other related projects.
• 有较强的问题分析与解决、逻辑思考和沟通能力
• Strong problem analysis and problem solving, logical thinking and communication skills.
• 具备良好的统筹协调、资源组织能力
• Have good overall coordination and resource organization skills.
• 有高度的责任感、团队精神和抗压能力，接受项目制出差
• Have a high sense of responsibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure, and accept project-based business trips.
• 英语四级以上，可以熟练听书读写
• CET-4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
