Your Key Responsibilities

- 主导双臂机器人在复杂装配、分拣配套等高灵巧度制造场景中的端到端应用与落地。

  Lead the end-to-end implementation of dual-arm robotic systems for complex assembly and kitting tasks requiring human-like dexterity.

- 设计并部署 AMR 车队，确保其与现有 WMS 系统及工厂现场交通控制机制无缝集成。

  Architect and deploy AMR fleets, ensuring seamless integration with existing WMS platforms and factory-floor traffic control systems.

- 优化固定式双臂机器人工作站与移动平台之间的协同调度，构建自主化物料搬运与加工流程。

  Optimize orchestration between stationary dual-arm robotic cells and mobile platforms to enable autonomous material handling and processing workflows.

- 制定工厂内人机协作场景的技术标准、安全规范和实施方法。

  Define technical standards, safety protocols, and implementation practices for Human-Robot Collaboration within manufacturing environments.

- 开展新机器人系统导入的 ROI 分析、成本优化测算和可行性评估。

  Perform ROI analysis, cost-reduction simulations, and feasibility assessments for new robotic installations.

- 协同运营、IT、维护及其他跨职能团队，保障机器人系统的可靠运行、可维护性和多工厂复制能力。

  Collaborate with Operations, IT, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, maintainability, and scalability across multiple sites.

- 推动 Physical AI 在制造现场的应用，将先进 AI 能力转化为可落地的工业自动化解决方案。

  Drive the application of Physical AI on the factory floor, translating advanced AI capabilities into practical industrial automation solutions.

Your Qualifications

- 具备机器人、机电一体化、计算机科学或相关专业硕士及以上学历。

  Hold a master’s degree or above in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 具备 ROS/ROS2、MoveIt 及多自由度机器人系统控制经验，熟悉双臂机器人协同控制者优先。

  Demonstrate hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, and multi-DoF robotic system control, with dual-arm coordination experience preferred.

- 掌握 AMR 导航、SLAM、车队管理软件及相关标准，熟悉 VDA 5050 者优先。

  Apply knowledge of AMR navigation, SLAM, fleet management software, and relevant standards, with familiarity with VDA 5050 preferred.

- 具备 Physical AI 实践经验，包括边缘设备神经网络部署及 Sim2Real 仿真到现实迁移流程。

  Bring practical experience in Physical AI, including neural network deployment on edge devices and simulation-to-real pipelines.

- 熟练使用 C++ 和 Python，具备实时操作系统 RTOS 相关开发或集成经验。

  Use C++ and Python proficiently, with development or integration experience in real-time operating systems.

- 具备 ABB YuMi、FANUC、Yaskawa 等双臂或工业机器人硬件的实际应用经验。

  Demonstrate hands-on experience with dual-arm or industrial robotic hardware such as ABB YuMi, FANUC, or Yaskawa systems.

- 理解工业机器人安全标准，如 ISO 10218、ISO/TS 15066，并具备跨部门协作、供应商管理和长期技术项目推进能力。

  Understand industrial robotics safety standards such as ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066, and demonstrate the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, vendors, and long-cycle technology deployments.
