Your Key Responsibilities
- 确保样品制造和零件批准期间的质量表现， 为生产流程创建技术质量解决方案， 维护文档控制并支持审计。 作为生产质量负责人，推动内部问题的结构化解决问题活动并持续改进。
- 贯彻Q标准、举措、技术理念，验证应用及有效性，监控、评估Q相关的生产文件，通过Q KPI监控实施改进，提升流程质量。
- 监督整个制造过程中的质量保证任务，有权停止生产、决定阻止可疑或有缺陷的零件或产品。
- 找出薄弱环节，确定并确保实施改进措施。
- 确认Q问题解决后授权重启生产线，确保设备符合要求的标准。
- 执行旨在实现完美产品发布的活动，包括协调不合格管理，通过为制造批准的质量方面做出贡献来支持组件引入过程。
- 管理投诉、相关成本并启动纠正措施，并引导结构化的问题解决方法来解决生产问题，跟踪纠正措施的实施情况包括经验教训。
- 负责定义和协调发布/重启期间制造设备的能力检查。
- 提供生产操作人员Q相关培训。
Your Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上学历，机械，车辆工程等相关专业；
- 3年及以上航空业质量管理经验，熟悉航空业质量体系质量标准，有汽车行业经验熟悉16949加分；
- 英文读写良好；
- 有较好的沟通能力。
