Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading global Industrialization, Launch and Improvement Projects for the Business Unit Wheel Modules
- Define machine and production line specifications for the global plant footprint of wheel modules
- Act as steering partner to external machine suppliers and the SMB
- Define and Industrialize new machine, line and production location based on the global requirements and benchmark data
- Conduction Benchmarks for technical fields like maintenance, tooling and efficiency and steer the result implementation
- Act as leader in relocation projects, investments and capacity extensions
- Handling customer requests for machine, digitalization and automatisation requests
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Technical fields like mechanical engineering
- 3 to 5 years experience in relevant fields like IE, Operations, Production or Maintenance
- Leadership experience for specialists or project managers
- Fluent english skills
- Extensive experience in industrialization, maintenace or machine projects
