Your Key Responsibilities


1.Understand and accept the company culture, management regulations, and sales related rules and regulations
了解并接受公司文化,管理规定,以及与销售相关的规章制度
2.Responsible for market research and analysis ,developing new customers and businesses, exploring business opportunities for components to market and achieving annual sales targets.
负责市场调研和市场分析,开发新客户和新业务,发掘零部件去市场的业务机会并实现年度销售目标
3.Responsible for relevant business activities according to sales strategies, including (but not limited to) establishing regular customer visit, obtaining inquiry forms and timely quotations, conducting technical exchanges with customers, and leading negotiations on commercial contracts
根据销售策略,负责相关商业活动,即(但不限于)建立定期的客户拜访机制,获取询价单并及时报价,与客户进行技术交流,主导商业合同的谈判 
4.Responsible for the interface between customers and the company to understand their expectations and requirements, actively identify customer pain points, and identify potential application opportunities through routing and regular visits to customers. Analyze competitiveness, major market drivers, and timely adjust and implement sales and marketing activities to achieve sales growth
负责客户与公司之间的接口,以了解客户的期望和要求,积极确定客户的痛点,并通过走线和定期拜访客户找出潜在的应用机会,分析竞争力、主要市场驱动因素,并及时调整和实施销售和营销活动,以实现销售增长
5.Establish and maintain a bidding tracking list, further analyze and determine that the sales direction is consistent with the company's business development direction
建立和维护投标跟踪列表, 进一步分析并确定销售方向与公司业务发展方向一致
6.Establish customer information and files, complete relevant sales reports, follow up on customer payment matters, and complete the company's accounts receivable on schedule
建立客户资料和客户档案,完成相关销售报表, 跟进客户付款事项,并按期完成公司应收账款
7.Regularly attend management meetings and submit sales reports and analysis work as required
定期参加管理层会议,并按要求提交销售报告和分析工作
8.Establish strong relationships with customers and maintain corporate image and reputation 
与客户建立牢固关系 并维护企业形象
9.Support project management team from project nomination to SOP
支持项目管理团队从项目提名到项目SOP

Your Qualifications

1.High self-driven with open mind and passion , customer orientated 
自我驱动,外向,有激情,以客户为导向.
2.Working location is in Taicang , fit for high frequency business trip , Has strong market development ability and workable under high pressure  
工作地点为太仓,需要适应经常出差,具备较强的市场开发能力,抗压能力强.
3.Bachelor degree or above ,majored in mechanical related , has market experience in stamping product ,Gears or shafts experience is a plus  
本科及以上学历,机械工科背景, 需要冲压件市场经验,有齿轴类经验更佳
4. Sales experience销售经验 :
a. More than 8 years of experience in components market development or components sales
b. More than 8 years of experience in customer channel development and maintenance 
c. Having good customer resources and relationships
a.8年以上零部件市场开发或是销售经验
b.8年以上客户渠道开发和维护经验
c.具备良好的客户资源和客户关系
5. Good project management experience and be familiar with the project management process in the mechanical industry
良好的备项目管理经验,熟悉机械相关行业的项目管理流程
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and good written &oral communication skills (both in Chinese and English)
出色的人际交往能力,良好的书面和口头表达能力(中英文)
7. Excellent commercial negotiation and analysis skills
卓越的商务谈判和分析能力
8. Good capability to analyze market development trends for market related products
具备市场相关产品的市场发展趋势分析能力
9. Strong teamwork skills
具备较强的团队合作能力
