Aim of this role: This role is aimed to have regional responsibility of IM/LM/NPL/PMO networking for PM org/culture/competence development at Operations China. It is especially valuable for New Schaeffler Integration and process/method/tool standardization. It helps continuous Industrialization/ Launch management improvement in GC and support the operations excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for region Operations PM Networking
- Region IM/LM Process/Method/Tool Development/ Implementation
- Production Concept Process Development support& Roll-out
- Support Project Career Path
- Enable the networking integrity for New Schaeffler China
- Other tasks in Production Engineering function
- Other assignments by the line manager
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor/master’s degree, preferable in IE/Auto Engineering/ ME, or MBA
- 3-4 years of PEP PM/PMO working experiences in Auto/ Manufacturing area
- Good understanding of related product/ manufacturing processes
- Good communication skills& well-collaborated
- Proactive working attitude& Strategic thinking
- Fluent speaking& written English
- PMP is an add-on
