Your Key Responsibilities
- 主导梳理解决当前热处理工序的痛点问题，并推动问题的解决。
- 新项目技术评估，完成样品工装准备和生产，并对问题持续跟进并解决。
- 负责热处理新设备的投资和现有设备的改造，处理相关的内部流程。
- 主导热处理工序成本降低项目。
Your Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上学历，机械/材料相关专业；
- 3年纪以上感应淬火相关热处理工艺经验，有轴承行业热处理经验加分；
- 英文听说读写良好，口语可以作为工作语言；
- 良好的沟通表达能力
