资深IE数据成本专员 Sr. IE Data & Cost Specialist（太仓）

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be as GC region expert in manufacturing preparation, capacity planning, costing area. Either related SAP knowledge or process knowledge.
• Roll out the new or updated procedure, method or tool within China region plants which are related to manufacturing preparation, capacity planning, costing.
• Cooperate and initiate improvements and KPI monitor on above area within China region plants.
• Design, deliver the training on above area.
• Offer consultant to plant key user or end users.
• Support plant IE on S4 rollout project.  
• Setup and keep the competence sustainability of the relevant network in the plants.
• Be as global network contact person.
• Exchange for improvements 
• Best practice sharing
• Open communication and information exchange
• Be as team member in global network activities. 
• Finish other tasks assigned by manager.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above 
• Minimum 3 years experience in cost calculation, manufacturing planning role and minimum 6 years’ experience in multi-national companies.
• Certificate in SAP PP is preferred.
• Familiar with MS software and statistics systems.
• Profess. Knowledge:
  • Fluent Oral and Written English & Chinese (German is plus)
  • SAP PP module, BOM, Routing, PV, Work center, cost calculation
  • SAP interface RFQ, PEP, Mass production 
  • Product Cost Management system
  • Cost analysis
  • Structural and Logical thinking
• Project / Process:
  • Strong project management and analytical skill. 
  • Deep understanding IE role in quotation process, PEP process and mass production process
  • Process oriented.
• Leadership:
  • Able to influence without authorization, strong teamwork spirit.

  • Strong inter-personal communication skills, self-initiated/adapted, result and service driven, patient and customer focus; able to work under pressure independently.
