Responsibilities
- Ensure the technology competence on DIV Level by leading and motivating qualified employees.
- Take ownership of production process and machine optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Manage machines upgrades, both in software and hardware, to keep pace with technological advancements.
- Provide technological solutions that contribute to sustainable financial success and strengthen the company's market position.
- Collaborate with immediate and next-level supervisors on additional tasks to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in manufacturing technologies especially in automated assembly and machining, machine programming, and hands-on PLC or software operations is essential, along with experience in production line upgrades.
- Process Improvement & Problem-Solving: Demonstrate expertise in Gemba improvement and possess strong problem-solving skills to drive operational enhancements.
- Project & Quality Management: Skilled in project management with a robust understanding of quality control and the application of SPS/Lean concepts to optimize processes.
- Methodology & Training: Familiarity with training methodologies to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Soft Skills & Teamwork: Possess social and intercultural sensitivity, inspiration, adaptability, and a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Communication & Organization: Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills to facilitate seamless coordination across teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English to enable effective communication in international work environments.
