Your Key Responsibilities
- 充分与业务部门等相关团队沟通，将业务需求转换数据模型与可视化分析Power BI报表，搭建企业的KPI 可视化互动报告平台，适应灵活的业务调整；
- 根据客户(各部门）提出的新需求，负责报表需求评估，评估可行性，并给出合理的方案，输出需求文档；
- 结合需求文档，独立负责报表开发，进行数据建模，Power BI可视化设计；
- 负责现有报表的维护工作，查错并解决问题，数据的校对，权限的维护，视觉对象的维护等;
- 大数据分析：通过搭建的BI可视化报表分析发现潜在问题，提出独立性的见解。
Your Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，英文能读写, 能听懂和做日常工作的沟通即可；
- 3年及以上商业智能数据工作经验，有独立Power BI的可视化项目搭建经验；
- 精通Power Query和数据建模、熟练使用常用DAX语言和Power BI对接数据库；
- 具备出色的业务理解、方案设计、项目规划能力，能够清晰理解BI数据产品使用场景及应用；
- 快速的学习能力，出色的沟通理解能力，做事主动性强，有激情和良好的协作精神和抗压能力。
