Your Key Responsibilities
- 为新产品开发（PEP/APQP）、系列生产、技术或流程修改以及生产转移创建和开发质量概念。
- 为与PEP、技术流程改进或生产转移项目相关的所有质量活动创建概念和解决方案，并确保考虑到所有质量方面。
- 在产品开发流程（PEP 和 APQP）中执行与生产线转移相关的质量规划活动和要求。
- 制定并实施检查概念，在必要时定义并增强仪表和测试设备。
- 分析并传达 PEP 项目团队内部的质量问题，也可通过门户网站向全球客户和供应商（必要时）传达。
- 如果需要，在复杂项目中担任项目工程师或项目质量工程师（机电一体化 PEP）。
Your Qualifications
- 机械专业本科及以上学历。
- 至少 3 年质量相关岗位工作经验。
- 出色的英语口语和书面表达能力。
- 具备流程及产品相关知识。
- 了解 IATF 16949（国际汽车行业质量管理体系标准）。
- 能够运用质量工具和方法。
- 具备问题解决及防错能力。
- 具备项目管理能力。
