Your Key Responsibilities
- 跟随质量团队系统学习质量体系、检验标准、作业规范及全流程质量管控模式。
- 协助完成来料、制程、成品检验，负责数据记录、报表整理与统计工作。
- 跟进现场质量异常，配合工程师开展问题追溯、原因分析、整改落地及效果验证。
- 负责质量文件、SOP、检验标准的整理、更新与归档，维护体系正常运行。
- 协助完成内部审核、客户审核、第三方审核的资料准备与现场配合工作。
- 学习运用各类质量工具，参与不良分析、8D、FMEA、PPAP 等相关工作。
- 完成上级安排的其他质量相关工作。
Your Qualifications
- 全日制重点大学本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械、机电、材料、质量管理等相关专业优先。
- 0-2 年质量相关经验均可，优秀应届生、有相关实习经历者优先考虑。
- 英文听说读写良好。
- 做事细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好学习能力与执行力。
- 能适应车间现场工作，服从岗位安排与轮岗培养。
- 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，沟通协作能力良好。
- 有志于长期在质量领域发展，态度积极踏实。
