Your Key Responsibilities
Responsible for internal/external system audits (IATF 16949)
Responsible for customer-specific audits, such as GM BIQS, VW Formel-Q, etc.
Plan and execute process audits, such as VDA6.3, CQI-9, CQI-15, CQI-23, and factory-level layered audits
Support customer audits for various production departments
Maintain the internal quality system of the factory to ensure the adequacy, suitability, and effectiveness of the quality management system
Provide training on quality policies and related procedure documents
Your Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in quality management systems within the automotive industry
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a science or engineering discipline
Familiarity with international standards for quality management systems (IATF 16949, VDA6.3, CQI-9, CQI-15, CQI-23) and customer quality requirements
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Fluent in spoken English
