Your Key Responsibilities
- Supports the development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
- Validate and implement production technologies.
- Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
- Validate machines, tools and processes.
- Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
Your Qualifications
熟悉PCBA在电机中的应用;
熟悉无刷直流电机工作原理及故障;
熟悉磁化、粘接、等离子、程序烧录等工艺;
熟悉无刷直流电机EOL测试;
良好的英语听说读写能力。
良好的制造技术和制造机械知识。
具备解决问题的技巧和质量知识。
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
