Your Key Responsibilities
- Standardize Plant automation workflow and project framework
- Define and recognize Plant potential improvement points
- Organize and coordinate Plant automation improvement work
- Lead automation improvement projects
- Support on segments’ automation improvement activities
- Coordinate Plant technology related activities
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above. no limitation in major, preferable in manufacturing working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory.
- Familiar with product manufacturing process
- Knowledge about IE and SAP
- 5-7 year related working experience on assembly technology
- Rich experience on cross-segment project management
- Experienced in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Automation working experience preferred
