Responsibilities

• Learn and application JISHUKEN / JIDOKA culture/tools in DIV PTC and DIV EMO, lead projects for revitalization and/or new business with focus on operations management strategy(e.g. reduce the investment for new lines and ensure flexibility , reduce production cost…)  
• Responsible for JIDOKA workshop application material development in DIV
• Support plant rollout projects and enhance competence 
• Guide and instruct SPS experts/managers in DIV,BD,Plant, focusing on new approaches
• Initiate the creation and upgrading of trainings in cooperation with the learning factory and/or corporate functions
• Support exchanges between focus plants, BDs and BUs
• Evaluate major investments under operations management to ensure asset utilization for new and existing business to guide decision making
• Establish and apply JIDOKA together with quality and IE for existing and new business
• Challenge line design(machine and tool) to improve line design and cost structure
• Contact window with HQ DIV SPS team to exchange experience and sharing
• Support BU to do key suppliers’ development through SPS/Lean tools
• Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and next-level supervisor to provide further support.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above with over 8 years of experience in plant lean implementation and cross-team project leadership. Experience in production onsite management concepts is a must.
• Lean Professional Competence: Proficiency in lean value stream design, lean line design, SPS/lean concepts, and on-site improvement is essential for this role.
• Project Management Ability: Demonstrated skills in project management, team leadership, and problem-solving capabilities are required.
• Quality and Training: Basic knowledge of quality control and training methodologies is necessary for effective performance.
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and workshop moderation skills are vital.
• Organizational and Planning Skills: Outstanding planning and organizational skills to manage resources effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English to cater to international work demands.
