Job Purpose
负责推动PTC及E-Mobility事业部层面的SPS/精益生产体系建设与落地，支持多工厂、多职能团队开展精益改善项目，提升运营效率、现场管理水平和持续改善能力。
Your Key Responsibilities
- 负责事业部SPS/精益战略的制定、优化与推广，推动精益活动在各工厂及职能团队落地。
- 主导JIDOKA、JIT、VSD等核心精益项目，支持生产现场效率、质量、成本及流程改善，实现卓越运营。
- 推动各工厂和职能团队主动开展改善活动，营造持续改善和全员参与的精益文化。
- 策划并组织精益培训、改善工作坊及经验分享活动，提升内部精益能力。
- 深入工厂现场提供精益辅导、问题分析和改善支持，确保改善措施有效执行。
- 协助各工厂识别和培养精益骨干，建立内部精益人才梯队和推进组织。
- 对接全球、区域及事业部相关团队，协调资源，推动精益项目高效协同落地。
Your Qualifications
必备条件（Must-Have）
- 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械、制造、汽车工程或相关专业优先。
- 5年以上汽车制造或相关制造业精益生产推进经验。
- 有事业部级、区域级或多工厂精益体系推广经验。
- 具备系统的精益生产知识和落地经验，熟悉TPS（JIT、JIDOKA）、VSD、Gemba改善等方法。
- 具备跨部门、跨工厂项目推动经验，能够通过专业能力和沟通协调推动项目执行。
- 熟悉生产现场管理、问题解决方法和基础质量管理知识。
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的英文沟通及汇报能力。
优先条件（Nice-to-Have）
- 有大型汽车零部件企业或跨国制造企业工作经验。
- 具备精益培训、工作坊主持或内部讲师经验。
- 熟悉供应商精益改善或供应商发展项目者优先。

- 具备较强的问题分析、项目管理和执行推进能力。
