Your Key Responsibilities
- 落地推行SPS舍弗勒制造体系，稳步提升工厂精益成熟度等级
- 联动管理层及各部门制定流程规划，策划研讨推进方案
- 拆解设定部门SPS定性、量化考核指标
- 搭建员工SPS资质矩阵，依照培训计划组织专项赋能培训
- 协助部门开展各类精益研讨活动，涵盖流程优化、SMED 快速换模、VSD 价值分析、MTM 动作分析、TPM 设备保全、5S 现场管理等模块
- 负责 SFM 直接 / 间接研讨组织，开展 PDCA 循环改善辅导
- 全程跟进各类精益项目落地进度，把控执行效果
- 配合完成月度SPS评审工作，开展内部自评复盘
- 严格遵循集团准则、区域政策及工厂规章制度，保障运营符合内外合规标准
- 推进现场精益改善，梳理流程识别浪费，优化产线布局、产线平衡，运用 VSM 工具分析产能、库存周转等问题
- 牵头精益课题攻关，核算降本增效成果，固化改善标准；组织改善提案与经验分享，营造全员改善氛围
- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械、生产管理类专业优先
- 5年及以上机械制造行业精益相关经验，汽车零部件行业从业经历优先
- 熟练掌握 5S、TPM、SMED、VSM、MTM 等精益工具
- 具备项目推进、数据分析、复盘总结能力，可独立开展改善工作
- 沟通协调能力出众，善于跨部门协作推动改善落地
- 熟悉现场生产工艺，有现场优化、降本增效实操经验优先
- 具备基本的英文听说读写能力
