Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support Segment to maintain process vision, roadmap and VSA/VSD and yearly MOVE Review;
  • Define the workshop plan for segments, and prepare, conduct, tracking, closing workshops on time;
  • Develop some training program, organize, conduct training for MOVE/lean;
  • Communication for MOVE/lean vision, workshops, best practices & lessons learned etc. in the organization;
  • Kaizen activities support for segments on site and ideas management supports;
  • Identify and conduct Six Sigma projects and activity to support Segment reach the cost saving, efficiency improvement target.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 3 years solid working experience on mechanical parts manufacturing environment
  • With stamping, heat, grinding, assembly process experience will be preferable
