Your Key Responsibilities
- Define China region lean process vision and roadmap, make sure the lean maturity.
- Pilot and rollout Lean activities which were required by headquarter.
- Train employees lean methods and tools at lean academy and develop plant lean experts.
- Consulting lean activities for all Plants and COO central function such as regional Tool Shop, Special Machine, Production Technology, SCM& Logistics, also for non-production area such as HR, Finance, R&D, Business division, Sales and Marketing, Purchasing……
- Conduct lean review and give improvement direction and plan.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- At least 10years experience in operation.
- At least 5years experience in lean related topics.
- Working experience in indirect is preferred.
- Strategy thinking, deep understanding about production system and capability to design production system.
- Hands on skill and practical problem-solving capability at GEMBA.
- Lean tools expert such as VSM, SMED, Shop Floor Management, Coaching, TPM…
- Good workshop moderation skill and training skill.
- Open, High passion, Self-driving, good teamwork and communication skill, Fluent in English
- Have the whole value chain improvement experience and business system concept is preferred.
