Your Key Responsibilities
- 与线路集成商一起开发自动化概念、执行实施并连续跟踪性能。
- 在质量、效率、可持续性和稳健性方面发起、推动和协调新产品和现有产品的自动化解决方案的开发、实施和优化。
- 对新产品的发布和相关自动化进行可行性研究和成本效益分析。
- 与生产、工程和维护团队合作，以确定并实施自动化机会。
- 持续监控和优化自动化系统以提高性能。
- 为其他员工提供自动化解决方案方面的培训和支持。
- 与舍弗勒全球运营制造技术网络、各部门、业务部门、业务单元制造技术组以及各地区密切合作。
- 与采购、IT、维护、质量以及各自的集成合作伙伴等其他中央职能部门保持密切合作。
- 与跨职能团队密切合作，寻找自动化机会，提高效率并确保最高的质量和性能标准。
Your Qualifications
- 需要3倒班
- 中专以上文化程度，专业机电一体化，电气自动化相关，有电工上岗证。
- 熟悉传感器类型及应用场景，进行相关故障处理。
- 能够根据电路图进行故障分析和处理。
- 熟悉常用变频器，例如：西门子，施耐德。进行安装调试和故障排除。
- 了解PLC，能够看懂梯形图，了解西门子840DSL。
