Your Key Responsibilities
- 体系落地管控：推进生产现场质量管理体系合规运行，规范质量相关流程与作业标准；针对内外部质量问题制定整改方案，验证整改成效，协同生产团队保障体系稳定运转。
- 质量数据统筹汇报：统计不良率、PPM、报废率及成本等核心指标，开展过程能力分析；汇总体系运行、客诉、认证相关情况，定期输出质量汇报材料。
- 制程质量优化改善：完成新品、工艺变更质量验证；推进工艺、检验方式、防错手段优化；搭建质量数据报表体系，完善不合格品处置、物料标识等质量流程。
- 现场问题处置审核：牵头组建问题响应小组，高效处理日常质量异常；开展过程、产品及作业合规审核，把控现场生产质量。
- 质量风险预判防控 配合 Formel-Q 体系审核工作；跟踪审核、质量索赔衍生的改善举措并核验落地；参与 FMEA 分析，识别潜在风险并落实降险方案。
- 标准制定技能培训：编写现场质量作业指导文件，统筹组织相关培训，规范一线作业行为。
- 项目与客户对接：主导 APQP 推进编制，负责 PPAP 审批放行；对接客户各类审核事项，闭环整改问题并同步反馈；配合国产化项目，完成资料报备与产品放行工作
Your Qualifications
- 机械相关专业本科及以上学历
- 3 年以上汽车行业质量工作经验，有总成件经验优先，熟悉装配、机加工、冲压工艺加分
- 英文读写良好，口语流利者优先
- 掌握产品与流程专业知识，熟知 IATF16949 体系标准
- 熟练运用各类质量工具，精通 APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA 五大工具；可使用 8D、5Why、鱼骨图、5M1E 分析问题，掌握防错、CAPA 改善方法
- 具备问题处置、制程防错及项目管理能力
