Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing quality plans for new and transferred products according to PPAP, APQP, VDA, and other customer-specific requirements
  • Following up on the APQP status and preparing APQP as per  customer requirements
  • Coordinating the internal and customer release of PPAP
  • Handling customer complaints, 8D reports, and internal and external reports
  • Coordinating customer audits in cases of potential evaluation, on-site PPAP audits, etc., tracking corrective actions, and reporting to customers
  • Supporting localization projects, responsible for internal and customer notifications and approvals

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • More than 5 years of experience of quality in the automotive industry
  • Familiar with international standards of quality management systems and common customer quality requirements (PPAP, APQP, VDA, etc.)
  • Proficient in English as a working language
  • Willingness to travel
  • Possesses clear logical thinking and strong self-motivation
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with mature communication, handling, and coordination skills
