生产质量工程师Production Quality Engineer(太仓)

Your Key Responsibilities

• System conformity in all sections for organizational procedures and methods with quality relevance / for corrective actions by quality problems (internal/external) / effectiveness controls of corrective actions
• Maintenance of the quality management system in the assigned area (together with production principals)
• Presentation of quality system, quality status and quality key measures (ppm/scrap rate, scrap cost, capability studies, special approvals, complaints internal/external)
• Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability.
• Define and maintain the Q reporting system in terms of scrap, rework, statistical process data.
• Optimizing “process-flows” relevant for the quality of the product, e.g.: Flow of non-conforming parts, identification of containers, etc.
• Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area, ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of problem solving.
• Coordination and tracking of corrective and improvement activities resulting from the performed evaluation, analysis, internal and external claims and audits up to evaluation of effectiveness of corrective and improvement actions
• Prepare and control quality related instruction/standards in the shop floor, provide the necessary training.
   

Your Qualifications

• Technical or mechanical background education bachelor or above degree (4 years).
• 3+year work experience in quality field in automobile industry or mechanical, Automobile industry is preferred.
• Technical background in stamping would be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and cooperation skill.
• Familiar with the quality tools etc. APQP, SPC, MSA, and 8D
