现场项目经理 Onsite PM (太仓) - Special Machinery

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall milestone control of assembly, installation and commissioning work at workshop and customer sites, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with project managers to complete final project acceptance work.
• 负责项目在车间现场和客户现场的安装、调试工作的整体节点控制，维护客户关系，配合项目经理完成项目终验收工作
• Responsible for developing dismantling, packaging, and shipping plans for the project.
• 负责项目拆线包装方案及编制发货计划方案；
• Responsible for on-site personnel discipline, material management, and safety management after project entry
• 负责项目进场后现场人员纪律管理、物料管理与安全理工作；
• Responsible for supervising and managing the work of subcontractors on site, tracking and managing the quality and progress of subcontractor work, and performing acceptance of work.
• 负责对现场分包商工作监督管理，对分包商的工作质量、进度进行跟踪管理、验收；
• Responsible for communicating and resolving issues with the project's on-site personnel.
• 负责与甲方现场人员对项目在现场阶段的问题进行沟通及解决。

Your Qualifications

• College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical manufacturing/Electrical engineering or related fields. 
• 大专及以上学历，机械制造/电气等工程类相关专业；
• Be able to read mechanical/electrical drawings. 
• 能看懂机械/电气图纸；
• Strong ability to withstand pressure and execute tasks efficiently.
• 有较强的抗压能力及执行力;
• Good computer competence, especially MS Office
• 熟练使用MS Office软件； 
• Experience in project site management.
• 有一定现场项目管理经验；
• Knowledge of machining, assembly processes and all machining process, turning, milling, grinding etc.
• 熟悉机加工，组装，车削，铣削，磨削等加工工艺;
• Oral and written communication skill in English and Chinese
• 中英文流利书写和沟通；
• Good coordination and communication skills. 
• 具备良好的协调和沟通能力。
