Your Key Responsibilities
- Support project or program management in planning, structuring and controlling of all assigned projects.
- Evaluate capacities needed and coordinate project planning, staffing and resourcing.
- Monitor project progress and continuously check availability and utilization of capacities, resources, services and materials.
- Coordinate and prepare gate- or milestone meetings, reports on progress, critical incidents and risks from PO perspective.
- Take over project controlling with respect to financials, resources and project guidelines and ensure proper project communication, documentation and review.
- If required, plan and reconcile deliveries of goods, services and materials needed for the project in cooperation with project procurement.
Your Qualifications
- Skills on project management and planning
- Team spirit
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- With technical capability is preferred
- Good PC - skills ( MS - Office , MS - Project )
- Familiar with product manufacturing process
- Very good oral and written English , German is preferable
- Knowledge of SAP is preferable
- Bachelor ' s degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related
- More than 5 years project management work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
