混动总成装配工艺工程师Assembly Process Engineer(太仓)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Resolved daily technical issues on the production line.
• Responsible for improving the production process, including reducing cycle time, reducing changeover time, optimizing personnel, reducing scrap rate, and improving OEE.
• Responsible for the implementation of 6 Sigma, PDCA projects
• Responsible for investing in new equipment, writing RS, verifying, and accepting equipment, following up on equipment debugging and installation nodes, and meeting production needs.
• Responsible for the process capability of equipment, specifying reasonable improvement plans, and ensuring that the process capability of equipment meets production requirements.
• Write process documents to meet production requirements. For example, WI, AI, P-FMEA, POKA yoke, parameter sheet, and Flow chart. The process files that have been written need to be updated in the Routing in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the management of tooling, establishing maintenance requirements, setting reasonable safety stock, optimizing tooling, reducing downtime, and solving costs.
• Responsible for creating materials for other production auxiliary materials and setting up A warehouse management.
• Collaborate with the quality department to conduct internal and external audits effectively.
• Collaborate with central departments or other relevant departments to conduct related work.
   

Your Qualifications

• 5+ work experience in automotive 
• Understand the process of pressing, tightening, auto Asyy, oil filling, flushing, flashing, bonding, magnetization. Shimming Gluing, leakage test, NVH etc.
• Gooding English written, read, listen and oral. 
• Independently think and problems resolve, with the ability to withstand pressure.
