Your Key Responsibilities
负责从模具技术方面，包括冲压模具、注塑模具和夹具，实现舍弗勒新产品和现有产品生产技术的开发、实施和优化。
负责从模具技术方面开发、验证和实施生产技术，包括冲压模具、注塑模具和夹具。
负责从质量、成本和稳健性方面改进生产技术。
主导并协调生产设备和工具的开发。
支持/帮助生产或生产部门实现生产（移交、培训、故障排除）。
Your Qualifications
本科及以上学历，机械/工程等理工科专业背景，接受优秀应届生
熟练使用 MS 办公软件
具备 AutoCAD、Creo 等机械设计软件专业技能的优先
良好的英语书面和口头表达能力
熟练掌握机械图纸
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
