Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand the strategy, the vision and mission in special machinery, contribute to reinforce/realize them. 
• Understand the mechanical structure and build up the competence to copy, modify and design mechanical structure. 
• As Standard product development project leader, mechanical ,direct, evaluate, and develop a team of project to ensure that the project is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets. Review and analyze the data and information to identify trends and risks in the project. 
• Provide accurate information and data to support other departments in SMB, such as Electrical Design, PMO, procurement, quality team and assembly team. 
• As a standardization member of the special machinery design team, carry out implementation, formulation,, lead the process. final release of design standards. assist and play a bridge role between mechanical design and electrical design. 
• Review all processes according to MOVE principles and ensure their implementation in an effective and efficient way.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above with minimum of 3 years of experiences in machine manufactory field.
• Mechanical design knowledge and skills.
• Good communication skill and ability to work with teams with good consulting, coaching and facilitation skills in a technical environment (spoken and written in English language).
• Skills in software including Pro-E and MS office.
• Good organization and project management skill.
