Your Key Responsibilities
- 实现舍弗勒新产品和现有产品生产制造技术的开发、实施和优化。
- 通过使用质量、效率、可持续性和稳健性方面的统计指标，发起、推动和协调新产品和现有产品制造技术的开发、实施和优化。
- 支持生产以可持续的方式识别和解决生产问题，并根据生产数据使用统计和数字方法启动和进行故障排除。
- 创建所需的制造流程文档，包括设备/技术发布文档和设置说明。
- 应用共同定义的工艺和设备标准，并考虑国际和区域定义的制造技术相关规范。
- 与标准供应商组合中的潜在供应商制定和协商设备和工具规格，包括时间和投资，并指定验证要求并验证生产设备、制造技术和相关工具。
- 与舍弗勒运营制造技术网络、部门、业务部门和业务部门制造技术组以及区域内密切合作，同时与采购、IT、维护和质量等其他中央职能部门保持密切合作。
Your Qualifications
- 本科学历，工程、机器与自动化专业相关；
- 三到五年相关经验；
- 了解数字化工厂业务，具备机械手和自动化开发经验，可以独立完成开发工作；
- 具备一定的计算机编程能力，了解机器视觉检测，有开发项目经验；
- 熟悉行业内主流机械手的应用，（FUNC/UR/KUKA）至少了解一类产品，具有编程功能；
- 了解人形机器人的应用和推广，具备开发资质。
