Responsibilities
- 负责模具项目跟踪，从可行性分析到量产全周期。Responsible for project operation, tracking the tool process from DFM to SOP.
- 负责和IE合作，模具交期保证和技术问题的解决。Responsible for cooperate with IE at the beginning of new stamping tooling project, for example: project time line / tooling status before transfer to Plant, related work regarding tooling tryout.
- 负责模具技术文件的建立。Summary for new tooling status / improvement plan with PV/ IE/Quality after try out until tooling smoothly to go to mass production.
- 负责模具技术区域EHS和合规，同时负责部门内部培训Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor.
- 负责模具数字化项目。Be responsible for tooling digitalization projects.
- 支持符合质量行动实施。Support and take initiatives on fit for Quality.
Qualifications
- 本科或以上学历，机械，模具，材料专业背景。Master’s degree or above with mechanical background
- 精通英语(口头和书面)，德语为加分项。Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus
- 扎实的模具,冲压和注塑设备知识Solid technical knowledge about tooling and stamping press & over molding machines
- 熟练掌握至少一种2D/3D工程设计软件，如AutoCAD, Creo。Professional on at least 1 2D/3D mechanism design software, such as AutoCAD, Creo and so on.
- 了解数据管理，统计，编程，Power BI优先。Knowledge of data management, statistics, programming Power BI would be a plus.
- 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
- 优秀的沟通能力。Outstanding communication skill.
