Your Key Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of the intelligent manufacturing market and customer requirements, supporting the sales department's business expansion and sales results through technical consulting, solution design, and sales support.
• 深入了解智能制造市场和客户需求，通过提供技术咨询、方案设计和销售支持等方式，支持销售部门的业务拓展和销售成果。
• Designing and delivering intelligent manufacturing related solutions, products or solutions, communicating their business value and implementation approach to customers, and advancing the sales process.
• 设计和演示智能制造相关方案、产品或解决方案，向客户传达其业务价值和实现方式，推进销售进程。
• Collaborating closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to build trust relationships, provide services and support to maximize customer satisfaction and meet their needs.
• 与客户、合作伙伴和内部团队密切合作，建立信任关系，提供服务和支持，以最大限度地满足客户的需求。
• Understanding and tracking industry trends and developments in intelligent manufacturing, and paying attention to competitor products and strategies to maintain the company's industry edge.

• Establishing and maintaining a database of intelligent manufacturing products, services, etc., including articles, presentation materials, videos, community sharing, etc., for use by sales departments and customers.
• 建立和维护智能制造产品、服务等资料库，包括文章、演示文稿、视频、社区分享等，以便于销售部门和客户的使用。
• Actively participating in exhibitions, seminars, forums, and other events in the intelligent manufacturing industry, exploring customer needs, building contacts, and showcasing the company's strength.
• 活跃参与智能制造行业的展会、研讨会、论坛等活动，挖掘客户需求、建立人脉和展示公司实力。

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, mechatronics or related. 
• 本科及以上学历，计算机，机电一体化等相关专业。
• Three or more years of presales experience in manufacturing intelligence.
• 三年及以上智能制造行业相关售前经验。
• Have clear, fluent and persuasive expression skills, accurately and efficiently convey the value of products and solutions to customers.
• 具有清晰、流畅和有说服力的表达能力，能够准确高效的向客户传达产品和解决方案的价值。
• Have the ability to quickly analyze and solve problems, and effectively address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• 具有快速分析和解决问题的能力，能够及时有效地解决客户提出的问题。
• Good oral English.
• 较好的英语口语沟通能力。
