数字化专员_运营/制造Digital Business Solution Profess.（太仓）

Your Key Responsibilities

- 牵头运营数字化 IT 需求管理，识别、评估并优先级排序数字化解决方案需求，明确业务价值、实施可行性与资源诉求。

  Lead IT demand management for operations digitalization by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing digital solution requirements with clear business value, implementation feasibility, and resource needs.

- 建设并维护数字化能力网络和专家社区，评估数字化方案潜力，促进跨工厂、跨部门的知识共享与运营创新。

  Build and maintain digital competency networks and expert communities to assess solution potential, promote knowledge sharing, and support operational innovation across plants and functions.

- 推动数字化战略项目群及治理机制落地，搭建并运行相关组织结构与流程，确保与业务目标、标准及变更管理要求保持一致。

  Drive digital strategy programs and governance mechanisms by establishing and operating relevant structures and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives, standards, and change management requirements.

- 负责项目及子项目的端到端管理，管控范围、进度、成本、绩效指标、风险和干系人，确保按约定目标交付。

  Manage projects and sub-projects end to end, controlling scope, timeline, cost, KPIs, risks, and stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed targets.

- 制定并应用工厂级数字化方法论，与相关事业部和职能团队协作建立、整合并持续更新数字化路线图。

  Develop and apply methodologies for plant-level digitalization, working with relevant divisions and functions to create, consolidate, and continuously update digital roadmaps.

- 识别并解决数字化与运营融合中的关键挑战，作为数字化推进团队与生产业务之间的桥梁，确保解决方案顺利集成、采用和落地。

  Identify and address key challenges in integrating digitalization with operations, acting as a bridge between digital teams and production business to ensure smooth solution integration, adoption, and implementation.

- 设计并推动培训与资质提升体系，开展 IT 软件接受度、部署和使用效果分析，并与中央 IT、运营 IT 产品线及全球关键干系人协作，持续提升数字化应用价值。

  Design and drive training and qualification concepts, analyze IT software adoption, deployment, and usage effectiveness, and collaborate with central IT, operations IT product lines, and global key stakeholders to continuously improve digital application value.

Your Qualifications

- 本科及以上学历，工商管理、工程类、工业工程、数字化转型、信息系统或相关专业背景。

  Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 具备 3 年以上制造业、物流或供应链相关经验，有精益生产或持续改善经验者优先。

  3+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain; experience in Lean production or continuous improvement is preferred.

- 具备数字化和/或 AI 相关解决方案推广落地经验，能够以业务价值为导向推动上线、应用、迭代和规模化复制。

  Experience in rolling out digital and/or AI-related solutions, with the ability to drive launch, adoption, iteration, and scalable replication based on business value.

- 具备优秀的干系人管理、沟通协调和跨团队推动能力，能够连接数字化/IT 团队与业务用户并推动共识和决策落地。

  Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-team facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge digital/IT teams and business users and drive alignment and decision execution.

- 理解数字化转型流程及 AI 技术对业务的影响，具备社区或网络建设经验；熟悉敏捷方法及全球化矩阵、多工厂协作环境者优先。

  Solid understanding of digital transformation processes and the business impact of AI technologies, with experience in building communities or networks; familiarity with agile methods and experience in global matrix or multi-plant environments is preferred.
