Responsibilities
- Operate transaction processing, expense review, for all kinds of reimbursement and payment.
- Explain reimbursement policies to other department
- Book and clear employee’s cash advance
- SAP or process continuous optimization and improvement
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by direct supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance & accounting. New fresh graduate could be considered.
- Knowledge on finance, tax and related experience
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Good at MS office (Excel, PPT, word, outlook)
- Readiness to work and ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure
- Team player, willing to take challenge, and drive change
